Updated Version: Carlton Lane is a Real Estate Private Equity company and Exempt Reporting Advisor offering direct access to vetted private real estate offerings through our diverse Sponsor and Developer relationships. Carlton Lane’s advisors are also registered with an alternative investment Broker-Dealer, offering a suite of tax-advantaged products in the private markets. These solutions can help 1031 investors through a vast array of passive DSTs and qualified opportunity zone funds, as well as Roth conversion vehicles and bonus depreciation investments.

We bring institutional due diligence to the retail accredited investor.  Through industry partnerships, we’ve engaged multiple due diligence companies and credit analysts to do a thorough review of each opportunity we consider.  This allows us to fact-check every assumption and variable in the underwriting model, enabling us to fully understand the risks and opportunities in the deal’s business model. The result of this work is to bring only the best offerings to Carlton Lane investors.
