The Fund will focus on lending solutions for single-tenant NNN borrowers with strong real estate collateral occupied by creditworthy tenants. The Fund provides short-term, small balance financing (previously serviced by banks) that provides attractive and stable current income to investors.

CL Big Sky Medical Access Fund
The Big Sky Fund III will purchase long-term leased medical assets in select southern markets, focusing on single-asset purchases. The Fund's strategy is to target mid-sized medical assets ($10M-$25M) that are too large for most 1031 buyers and too small for institutions – acquire them at higher cap rates, and aggregate to a scale that commands an institutional-level portfolio premium.
